We had a very nice stay at
Viva Roma. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and well
equipped. The
Contact Person
was very friendly and helpful.
We had a nice time at this
place. It is located not very far from the underground station. Buses
are very convenient too. The caretaker was very liberal with the
breakfast and very pleasant. I would certainly recommend this to
someone who is looking for a simple homely atmosphere.

Apartment was roomy and comfortable with
good kitchen and bathroom. Location good for metro and buses and not
too far from Rome centre to walk if you feel like a bit of exercise.
Fabio met us soon after we arrived on 26 Feb and was very friendly and
helpful with excellent English. He also arranged a car to take us to
airport on Monday 3 March - that was a tremendous help.
In summary, we had a wonderful 6 days in Rome and enjoyed staying in

We have just returned from our European, UK trip and take this
opportunity to say what a great stay we had in our Bianacoma apartment.
Although it was not the one we booked we were pleased that it was an
upgrade and not a downgrade. Fabio was a great help in many things and
is to be commended on his expertise and attitude. We would certainly

Me and my family stayed in the apartment for 3 days. Fabio meet us at
the apartment, and was very helpful, giving us suggestions for tours in
rome. The apartment itself, was ok, although the air condition didnt
cool, and it was very noisy. But all in all a pleasent stay, and the
apartment is located very good, with 5 min walk to metro, 10-15min walk

Fabio made the difference for us with this apartment. The directions to
get to the apartment are OK, however by speaking with Fabio and the
fact that he was there to meet us made it a lot easier to find. Fabio
spent time with us and made a number of very good suggestions on the
best use of our time. The apartment itself is of a good standard,
certainly roomy and very liveable and clean. The bed was very hard.
Overall our rating for the apartment was a 6, however the rating for
Fabio, his approach and kindmess he is a 10. Would certainly recommend

We are fully satisfied with the facilities provided in the Apartment in
Rome located on Via Carlo Felice. Our three nights of stay was pleasant
and comfortable. The Contact Person was an excellent person and

We had a marvelous one-week
stay at Viva Roma. Our room was large and comfortable, as was the bed.
The location is convenient to public transportation, many sights worth
seeing, and some of the most delicious, inexpensive restaurants in
Roma. The owners are perfect hosts -- charming and very
helpful....marvelous!
The location in San Giovanni
was fantastic. The apartment that had 3 bedrooms and we had booked 2 of
them. There was nobody else staying. The location was fantastic and the
bed linen smell very fresh and the bathroom was very clean.
The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. We had a
fantastic time in Rome, and we want to stay in that particular B&B
again.

personal service, may be called by phone at any time and will come over
within few minutes. perfect english conversation and they will give you
lots of hints if asked for. location is not far to metro. but tram no.
3 has a stop right around the corner, so connections to the city are
excellent and short, while the street is still really silent. it's a
b&b in a usal house, toilet and shower are not small, typical
italian breakfast to be found in the fridge (if you expect something
more comfortable, go and pay for a 5-star hotel but there they won't
tell you where to go shopping cheaply) overall the price is fair and we
would choose vivaroma again!
